Privacy policy

The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and tracks nothing. Nothing you do here is recorded by us. The only information we hold is what you choose to send us.
1. What this website collects
Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no scripts that record what you read or where you came from. You can read every page without leaving us any record that you were here.
Two third parties are involved in simply loading the page, and each sees your IP address as a normal part of serving it:
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces the page uses.
2. What we collect when you get in touch
- If you email us at zac@followthruops.com, we hold your message and your address.
- If you book a Discovery Call, the booking is handled by Calendly, a third party. What you enter on their form is covered by their privacy policy as well as this one. We receive your name, email, and anything you add to the booking.
- If we work together, you share information about how your business runs: your tools, your team, your volumes, and examples of the work itself. That comes through the Discovery Call, the Snapshot, and the Assessment.
3. What we do with it
- Reply to you, and prepare and deliver the work you asked for.
- Build and run the workflows you engage us to build.
- Meet legal obligations where they apply.
That is the complete list. We do not use your information to market to you unless you ask us to.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not share one client's information with another.
- We do not use your business data to train AI models.
- We do not publish client names without written permission.
5. AI tools and your data
Building AI into your workflow means your business data passes through third-party AI services to do the work you hired us to do. We use business or enterprise terms that exclude your data from model training wherever the vendor offers them, and we will tell you which services are involved before anything is built on them.
6. How long we keep things
We keep your information for as long as we are working together and for as long afterwards as the law requires. If you end an engagement and ask us to delete your workflow data, we will do so within 30 days.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
8. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email zac@followthruops.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date above.
