Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FollowThruOps website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FollowThruOps provides custom, human-reviewed operations agents and back-office support for small and medium-sized businesses. Services may include follow-up tracking, customer communication support, inbox triage, daily command center briefings, workflow coordination, and blocker surfacing. Our service is designed to assist — not replace — your business operations. You remain responsible for all final decisions and communications sent under your approval.

3. Accounts and Approval

To use FollowThruOps services, you must provide accurate contact and business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or access granted to FollowThruOps for the purpose of operating your workflow.

4. Approval and Review

FollowThruOps drafts communications and workflow actions for your review and approval. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outgoing messages before they are sent when that approval step is part of your configured workflow. FollowThruOps is not liable for communications you have explicitly approved.

5. Pricing and Payment

• 30-Day Workflow Pilot: $1,000 flat for 30 days, due at the time of scheduling unless otherwise agreed.
• Managed AI Operator: $3,000/month for one managed AI operator, workflow, or operating lane, billed monthly.
• Embedded AI Ops Layer: Starting at $5,000/month for multiple agents, workflows, or operating lanes, billed monthly per agreement.

The 30-day setup pilot and monthly service are separate unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Continuing after the pilot is optional. All monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your service at any time by notifying us via email. If FollowThruOps does not deliver measurable value in the 30-day setup pilot, we will either correct the issue or refund the pilot fee — your choice. No refunds are provided for partial months after the pilot period.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data you provide to FollowThruOps. We process your data solely to deliver our services. We do not train models on your data. We do not share your data with other customers. When your service ends, we will delete your workflow data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

The FollowThruOps website, branding, workflow configurations, and service methodology are the property of FollowThruOps. You retain ownership of your business data and communications.

9. Limitation of Liability

FollowThruOps provides operational support services, not legal, financial, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FollowThruOps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 30 days.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FollowThruOps and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your business operations, or communications you approve for sending.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
